"Lake Robert"

This lake is approximately 2½ acres in size with depths from 0.6m to 2m at the dam wall. Although this lake doesn't have an island it is as beautiful as a picture postcard, it is hemmed in on three sides by towering trees of the ancient forest and on the other side there are acres of unspoilt green fields stretching as far as the eye can see.

Lake Robert is spring fed and the water quality is superb, the lake bed is made up of gravel/clay and silt with next to no weed. We have worked tirelessly this spring to remove all snags and construct 4 swims/platforms and pathways as well as stock the lake with common and mirror carp to 45lb to compliment the original residents, the size of which is as yet unknown.

The cabin is also situated alongside lake Robert with all the usual facility’s including shower, toilet and kitchen.
